At Approach Medical we have been working with Salford Royal NHS Foundation Trust for a number of years on a project to reduce 1-1 agency costs.
In the Emergency Admissions Unit, led by Janice Christian & Debbie Fletcher, the unit has acheived a 75% reduction in 1-1 agency staffing costs.
The unit has used many innovative solutions alongside using our latest Guardian Sentry system to reduce this overall cost.
